"Upon graduation, holding offers from institutions like Warwick Business School and companies including ByteDance, I am sincerely grateful for the four years of cultivation at BNBU. Within the MHR program, what I enjoyed most and found most challenging were the group projects. From team formation and role allocation to numerous brainstorming sessions and report integration, from English presentations to defending our work, the final outcomes always embodied the collective wisdom and brilliance of teamwork. MHR fosters a rigorous academic atmosphere, which also served as excellent preparation for the workplace. I learned to transition from traditional passive absorption to active critical thinking and confident expression. I learned to quickly integrate with peers from diverse backgrounds and spark innovative ideas together. This daily academic life not only enhanced my teamwork and critical thinking skills but also taught me how to better present myself. During numerous campus recruitment interviews, it was precisely these 'routine' experiences and my proficient English communication skills that helped me stand out among many competitors.

Looking back on my four-year university journey, it resonates with an evaluation I heard upon enrollment: BNBU is a university equivalent to four years of senior high school intensity. My four years were busy and fulfilling, leaving me with no regrets. I am especially grateful to BNBU and the MHR faculty for providing me with diverse perspectives and a flexible, dialectical thinking model. May my alma mater continue to flourish! May junior students reach even greater heights!"

"Choosing the right university is never a simple task, and yet this decision is so crucial. For me, the four years of university were a process of reshaping perceptions. As a working graduate, I cherish and am grateful for my decision to choose BNBU. Looking back, I gained immensely, but what I miss most is BNBU's rigorous academic environment, its liberal and democratic learning atmosphere, and the wonderful mentors and friends who accompanied me along the way. It can be said that BNBU's Whole Person Education significantly influenced my character development, critical thinking, and lifestyle. These precious qualities have helped me become someone who is responsible both to myself and to society."

"I still remember standing in the hall of Hong Kong Baptist University's graduation ceremony in 2017 as a graduate representative. Time flies, and seven years later, I can more clearly recognize the profound impact my four-year campus life at BNBU has had on my career development.

During my senior year, with the support of Dean Prof. Stella Pui-Lan CHO-LUNG and Department Head Dr. Herman Tan, I participated in a business case analysis competition jointly organized by The University of Hong Kong and HSBC. This significant experience not only allowed me to receive guidance from multiple professors across different disciplines and form bonds with outstanding peers but also broadened my horizons and made me realize my limitless potential. Later, I joined the HSBC Group as a management trainee. Over the past seven years, I have grown from a newcomer to an Assistant Vice President leading a team of over 150 people. Many of the theoretical foundations and practices for both personal development and team growth during this time originated from my MHR studies.

In the blink of an eye, our alma mater has weathered 20 years of history. May its Liberal Arts Education continue to nurture batches of students as they embark on their own paths of infinite possibilities in study and career!"

"As a member of the inaugural cohort of the MHR program at BNBU, I participated in a management trainee program at a Fortune 500 company upon graduation. Subsequently, I joined Morgan Philips, a publicly listed European human resources professional services firm, where I advanced to a director-level position before embarking on my current journey as a co-founding partner. Looking back at each step of my career, I can deeply feel the influence and support of my alma mater.

In terms of professional knowledge, the MHR program at BNBU introduced us to internationally advanced human resource management concepts from the very beginning, laying a solid foundation for my subsequent specialization in the HR field. Regarding personal development, the inquiry-based learning approach and the cultivation of critical thinking skills have proven immensely beneficial. The diverse and engaging commercial-oriented student club activities on campus further provided a platform and opportunities for us to apply our learning and explore how the business world operates.

The world today is diverse and ever-changing. For an individual, having a resilient and stable core is extremely important. My four-year experience at BNBU has become a precious cornerstone within that core and a continuous source of strength as I pursue challenges and breakthroughs.

May my alma mater continue to thrive and, under the philosophy of Whole Person Education, nurture more outstanding individuals! May all BNBU students carry forward the invaluable wealth bestowed by BNBU and continue to shine brightly in their respective paths! Determination to change, courage to excel!"

Reflecting on my time at BNBU, it was not merely a process of acquiring knowledge but a valuable experience of self-shaping and horizon-broadening. BNBU equipped me with academic knowledge and cultivated my cross-cultural communication skills and spirit of independent thinking. The international atmosphere, excellent faculty, and open campus culture there inspired me to continually explore academic frontiers and laid a solid foundation for my career path. Whenever I face my students in the classroom, memories of BNBU always surface in my mind. "After graduating from BNBU, I chose to study abroad, participating in exchange programs at The University of Sydney (Australia), Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands), and The London School of Economics and Political Science (UK). Upon returning to China, I joined a Fortune 500 multinational corporation. I am currently responsible for strategy and corporate communications at Mercedes-Benz. I am also a part-time group fitness instructor.

The greatest influence BNBU had on me stems from its educational philosophy of 'Whole Person Education.' Here, we did not just learn knowledge; we cultivated the ability for independent thinking, a positive and open mindset, a multicultural perspective, and the courage to explore. These have been crucial to my subsequent educational and professional experiences.

On the occasion of BNBU's 20th anniversary, I wish our alma mater continued prosperity and success in nurturing talents across the world!"
