"My four years at BNBU have been the most precious journey of my life—transforming me from a young girl into a capable adult. During this time, BNBU's rich curriculum and diverse activities provided me with vibrant experiences: challenging myself to leap from heights and feeling the exhilaration and calm after conquering fear; creating my own short films and freely expressing creativity and imagination; participating in classic marketing simulations in class, making learning dynamic and engaging. Beyond these, BNBU gave me endless warmth. During this crucial phase of growth, I met many kind and inspiring teachers and classmates who listened patiently and offered advice and support. Here, I became a marketing planner—collaborating in teams, speaking freely, and confidently presenting my ideas; I became a market researcher—visiting major companies on-site and gaining insights into entire industries; and I became a brand manager—conducting market experiments to understand current realities and employing various strategies to enhance brand value. These experiences have made me more adept at self-reflection, teamwork, and daring to imagine and act than many of my peers."

Academically, I broke through my own inertia. By adjusting my attitude and methods toward learning, I raised my GPA from 3.12 to 3.84, earning the University First-Class Scholarship for two consecutive years. In extracurricular activities, I broke through my timidity. As a member of the BNBU Gai Bang Charity Society, I quietly developed my personal capabilities and teamwork spirit. Encouraged by seniors, I later took on roles as a department head and then president of the society, witnessing Gai Bang maintain its 'Five-Star Student Club' status and receiving the Qing Hui Shu Hua Scholarship for Servant Leadership. "As a senior operations professional in the internet industry, I am currently responsible for e-commerce operations and marketing promotion at Kuaishou Technology. Given the highly competitive employment landscape in China, landing a desirable role at a Fortune 500 company can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. During the 2016 campus recruitment season, I was fortunate to receive offers from four companies and ultimately accepted a position in management consulting at IBM, a globally recognized firm. While the job search was challenging, the skills I developed at BNBU helped me stand out among candidates from prestigious universities. I attribute this to two key factors: First, BNBU’s diverse curriculum not only enriched my knowledge but also broadened my horizons. In addition to major-specific courses, we could take electives from other disciplines. Studying at UIC will help me find a job after graduation. Finding a good job at a Fortune 500 company is like looking for a needle in a haystack. In the autumn recruitment season of 2016, I was lucky to get offers from four companies and finally chose the management consulting position in IBM, an internationally renowned company. It is difficult to find a job, but the years of training in UIC helped me stand out from competitors with prestigious university backgrounds. I can sum up the following two points: 1. The diversified curriculum of UIC not only enriched my knowledge structure but also broadened my horizon. In addition to major courses, we can also take courses in other majors I am interested in.
